Non-Winter

Aside from a couple of dustings of snow and a few days in the 30's it's been mainly in the 50's (even up to 70) this fall/early winter. Usually we have at least one good snow storm by now. Guess the east coast is getting enough snow/freezing temps/wind for all of us. Also, I think I've been in Colorado long enough now that I no longer miss the snow. I don't mind these 50 degree days, I really don't. Snow? If I want some I can go up to the mountains...they've received 8-10 feet in the last two weeks. Yep, I'm just fine here in Denver. Except that it's supposed to get down to 15 on Friday. Brrrr.

Zeke and I went for a hike today at Beaver Brook Trail just outside Genesee. It was a gorgeous day and we only passed one other hiker. Perfection.
