Dave Update!!!! So, I'm a little slow in getting this posted but I'm still so proud of Dave I need to get this on the blog.
Dave has lost 40 pounds!!! He looks so great (especially this weekend in his bathing suit, wink, wink). It took about a year and a half but as someone pointed out...if it took him a year and a half, he'll likely have no problem maintaining his new weight. His original goal was 30 pounds but he sailed right on by that mark with hardly any time to wave to it on the way by. His road to success: he runs at least five days a week and has cut back on portion sizes. Yay Dave!!!
