Woke up to our first snow of the year this morning. Just a dusting but it's white and it's still snowing. It's a balmy 19 degrees out. I'm not quite ready for this but then again, we are in Colorado and I wouldn't be surprised if we squeaked out one more 70 degree day. Heard it's supposed to be a hard winter though.
In other snow related stories...Loveland Ski Area opened on Wednesday, October 7th!! OCTOBER 7TH!! It's earliest season in 40 years. And A-Basin opened yesterday...it's earliest opening ever. Global warming my ass. Maybe now that I'm working four day work weeks I should look into a season pass rather than a four pack. Hmm...
