We had a fun night last night. We went to Laura's house as we usually do but this year it was just a small (kidless, on purpose, I later found out) group of us which was really nice. No broken glasses, no pinatas, just a nice, quiet evening. A sign that we're getting older?? There were still drunk people, (we didn't tone it down THAT much!) that entertained everyone else and themselves, of course.
We had a yummy dinner and then headed to the Kentucky Inn for some cheap Irish Carbombs (yum!) and then back to Laura's to ring in the new year.
I'm really looking forward to 2012!! We have a few trips planned and I'm taking control of my career. Anything to distract me from the fact that I'll be turning 35! What about y'all? Any resolutions/things you want to do to make this year a great one?

You guys still drink Irish Carbombs? You definitely aren't old yet. I'm the old one I think, I haven't had one of those for almost 10 years.
