Moms

As you know, Mum came out recently and we had the BEST time. I was able to spend four of the five days she was here with her. We hit the Nordstrom Rack that just opened up by our house, saw Date Night (recommend it), talked about my brother's inability to communicate effectively, had lunch with an old Roman friend (she's not old, she and Mum knew each other since I was a baby and she moved out here a long time ago) and shopped till we dropped. She also introduced me to Pumpkin Muffies. I just like saying that word, "muffies". I will try to block it out of my head that a Panera Bread just opened up near our house and I will purposely not drive by there so as to avoid the temptation of the muffies. Thanks mum for everything!!! Once again, another special birthday because I got to spend it with you!

And another treat for me - my other mother is coming out on Sunday! Debi is making a pit stop on her way back from Utah. She'll be there to surprise and celebrate her mother's 80th birthday. Looking forward to seeing her and I'm excited that we get to spend Mother's Day with her!!
