It's a Tough Life...

But someone has to do it. One of my friend's family owns a ranch in eastern Colorado and she invited a bunch of us out there last weekend. We only stayed one night and we all agreed it was not enough time! We had fun wading in the South Platte, watching the sun set at their cabin and on the deck of the main house, watching Adolf (their Texas Longhorn) have his way with the ladies - ahem, playing games, telling stories, eating delicious food, 4-wheeling, shooting glocks and drinking (not while 4-wheeling or shooting of course, safety first!). All-in-all, a very successful and very fun girls' weekend!

On, I mean in, the South Platte.One of the ladies is going to volunteer in Africa for three months so another one of the girls said she'd pay X amount for each person that sat in the river. How could we not...it was for a good cause!!
