So I decided to throw mom a surprise birthday party for her 59th birthday. Why 59th you ask? Great question! Well first of all, I figured it would REALLY catch her off guard (which it did). Secondly, who really wants to celebrate turning 60?
We had over 60 people attend the party which is a testament to what a wonderful person mom is. She's such a great mom, wife, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt, mentor, and friend it was so great to see all the people that she cares so much about show up and show their love right back. There are more pictures to come once other "photographers" send me their stuff so check back later too...
The only way to get her in the door without knowing what was going on was to blindfold her. Dad took it one step further by making her put a bag over her head.
